The "Music In You" project aims to strengthen youth workers' capacity to engage young people in ongoing actions through creative means, such as music, to foster social inclusion, active citizenship, intercultural understanding, and creative competences among youth in partner countries. It seeks to promote the recognition of music as a tool for inclusion and civic participation in youth work and education. The project will implement activities including training of trainers on non-formal education methods, local youth groups of music artists learning about inclusion and civic engagement, international youth mobility exchanges where local groups present performances, and a social media campaign alongside local stage performances. Expected outcomes include increased youth involvement in civic action through music, enhanced capacity of youth workers, a video documentary guide for youth workers with at least 12 instructional videos, and a backstage diary showcasing real examples of engagement, best practices, and success stories for replication.
