This project aims to review the role of headteachers in the context of increasing school autonomy and the growing emphasis on academics and academic achievement. It focuses on educational leadership for diversity in a globalized world, underlining the need for cross-cultural communication to meet the academic and socio-cultural challenges posed by the growing diversity of international students.
