NA CREATIVES is a program designed to promote female entrepreneurship in the creative sector in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Despite playing a key role, women remain underrepresented in leadership positions and face significant challenges in accessing funding. Targeting 120 women looking to start or take over a business, the program offers four key initiatives: project management, training, mentoring, and networking (mentoring with female leaders, workshops on leadership and well-being, local and international partnerships), individual support (assessments, personalized advice, informational modules on market trends, AI, sustainable development, and intellectual property), and promotion/funding (networking events, funding opportunities). The goal is to strengthen their professional journeys while addressing key challenges such as health, work-life balance, and skill development.
