This project, led by FELIN/MEWEM France, LABA, and AMAEI (Portugal), aims to facilitate artistic, cultural and commercial cooperation between French and Portuguese women leaders in the music sector. Two pairs composed of experienced women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs will be selected to participate in a mentoring program. The pairs will meet in France and at the WestWayLab and MAMA music fairs. The objective is to mobilize women, create a community and develop mentoring as a professional lever in a new country. The stages include participation in the Westway LAB, online meetings between young entrepreneurs, and participation in MAMA with a meeting and networking program.
