The INVOLVE project aims to enhance the visual literacy of entrepreneurs by integrating innovative training into adult entrepreneurial education programs. In response to the prevalence of visual media, the project addresses the growing need for entrepreneurs to acquire visual skills. Objectives include researching best practices, creating a digital toolbox, and developing an online course on visual culture for entrepreneurs. Participants include new entrepreneurs, adult educators, and adult education organizations. Anticipated outcomes include the dissemination of best practices, educators utilizing the digital toolbox, and measurable improvements in adult learners. In the long term, the project aims to enhance the integration of visual skills in entrepreneurial education, strengthening career prospects for educators, and fostering personal and professional success for adult learners.
