As part of SIRENA, the New Aquitaine region's export programme, LABA's mission is to provide export support for music operators in New Aquitaine. To this end, since May 2018, LABA has provided export support to 17 structures in the New Aquitaine music industry at 4 international trade fairs. These export missions have opened up new opportunities in China, which LABA has seized upon.
The aims of the project were to
Understand the Chinese market and its distribution networks
Gain a better understanding of the challenges posed by digital platforms
Create opportunities
Propose tangible and sustainable avenues for economic collaboration for the New Aquitaine music industry.
