The YEA (Youth Entrepreneurship through Arts) project aims to develop entrepreneurial skills in young people by training youth workers. Faced with a lack of engagement from business centers and EFP establishments with young people, YEA proposes the creation of regional alliances, the publication of a toolkit and course program, and the promotion of an experimental course. The six partner organizations deliver the course in an interdisciplinary approach. YEA is part of a new generation of projects, considering entrepreneurship as a cross-cutting skill. Objectives include strengthening the entrepreneurial skills of young people, engaging business providers with hard-to-reach youth, and integrating entrepreneurship into youth and creative arts animation services. The project aims to increase the social and knowledge capital of communities, empower young people as change leaders, and garner support from stakeholders for high-quality entrepreneurship education.
