The "Builders of Solidarity" project by Compagnons Bâtisseurs aims to enhance European development in mobility for low-skilled individuals. Following a pilot project in Greece and Spain, the association seeks to consolidate its plan in partnership with organizations in Italy and Spain.
Over 18 months, 42 unskilled individuals will receive training in France, Italy, and Spain on insertion sites, supporting solidarity and social protection initiatives. Participants will gain both professional and transversal skills, fostering their social and professional reintegration.
The project aims to establish a cycle of mobile and European training integrated into partner programs, developing key skills and professions for individuals facing challenges in accessing employment. Rigorous evaluation and effective communication will contribute to strengthening the project's European plan."
