OPUS is an innovative system for identifying and supporting young people living in priority neighbourhoods and rural areas in the departments of Gironde, Landes and Pyrénées Atlantiques. It is based on a progressive, multi-stage approach, drawing on initiatives and support systems in different areas (Bordeaux metropolis, Mont-de-Marsan, Pau), and/or within current music venues, notably the Forum du Rocher (Cenon, Palmer district).
In order to facilitate the link with young people, the coordination of the project in the different territories will be ensured by a young professional of urban music and culture (DJ VEX).
