The MP3 project introduces a novel pedagogical approach to professionalize musicians, particularly focusing on contemporary music. It aims to bridge the gap between individual practice and the skills required for successful group engagement in the modern music industry. The objectives include creating an educational framework, securing multi-activity for musicians, and preventing psycho-social risks. The project will produce training materials for educators, leading to tangible outcomes such as an assessment of psycho-social risks, a survival video guide, a toolbox, and a European 2.0 teacher-musician framework. Three dissemination events will be held to share results at local, national, and European levels, with the aim of establishing a community of educators and training institutions while raising awareness of the need for improved training to sustain musicians' professional paths across Europe.
