MEWEM EUROPA is a European mentoring program aimed at encouraging women in the music industry to undertake entrepreneurial ventures. Operating from October 2020 to September 2022, it is led by FELIN (France), VUT (Germany), and LABA, in collaboration with the European Union under the Music Moves Europe initiative.
The mentorship program connects aspiring female creators with experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, or leaders for a defined period. The role-model example is a key success factor, with the mentor transferring her experience to strengthen the mentee's posture and ensure the sustainability of her business. Simultaneously, the goal is to strengthen a network of women in the music industry, highlighting those who undertake ventures and supporting those aspiring to do so.
