The MOSAIC project aims to address the challenges faced by ethnic founders in Europe in terms of access to finance and barriers to start-up creation. By providing educators with innovative modular learning tools and a set of skills, we aim to maximise their impact on a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. Our approach is based on a web-based assessment application that identifies gaps in financial knowledge and directs to specific training resources. By encouraging networking with aware investors, we aim to create equal opportunities for all entrepreneurs in Europe.
