Le LABA plays a central role in the success of these international mobility projects, thanks to its structured, personalised approach. We prepare the participants, offering them appropriate training to develop their linguistic, intercultural and professional skills. During their mobility, we guarantee tailor-made support, remaining available to meet their needs and ensuring their integration into their new environment. Finally, on their return, we organise an in-depth evaluation of the experience, enabling participants to make the most of the skills they have acquired and to integrate what they have learned into their career path, using storytelling tools in particular.
