Sophie Guénebaut, an expert in social innovation and European funding, has 30 years' experience in the cultural industries. President of ALBA International and former director of LABA (2013-2024), she has obtained over 100 grants. A teacher at Bordeaux Montaigne and Sciences Po, she holds degrees in HR, Public Law and MBA from HEC Paris.

Maud Gari, LABA Director, coordinates international projects. Specializing in gender, entrepreneurship and cultural decarbonization, she has previous experience in the music industry and the general delegation of FELIN. Since 2018, she has focused on intercultural cooperation, overseeing Europe Créative projects in 30 countries.

Pierre BRINI, associate professor at Lyon 2 since 2023, is an expert in European programs (LEADER, ERASMUS+, Creative Europe) and network dynamics (ESS, tiers lieux). With 15 years' experience, he has supported over 200 structures and runs the ALBA and LABA offices in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.

Eric, administrative and financial manager of LABA since 2017, has solid experience in project management. Specializing in FSE, FEDER and LEADER financing, he has supported more than 30 structures in obtaining funds for investment, entrepreneurship and inclusion.

Since 2017, Margaux has been managing European projects (INTERREG, ERASMUS+, Europe Créative) and supporting cultural structures at ALBA Internationale. A graduate in cultural project engineering, she has also worked on cross-border strategies in the Basque Country.

Judyth Babin, founder of Manag'Art and Grain(s) de Riz, combines her experience as a DJ and public accountant to support jazz artists. Since 2017, she has managed international tours and directed the Jazz Festival in Caudéran and today participates in innovative European projects. She is also a member of the board of directors of Action Jazz, promoting jazz in New Aquitaine.

Constance Michaud-Nancy has been Project Manager at LABA since July 2024. She holds a Master's degree in Cultural Project Management and Territorial Development from Sciences Po Bordeaux, and completed a three-year apprenticeship in the cultural sector, developing a particular affinity with the cultural industries, especially cinema.

Zoé joined LABA as part of her final year of her bachelor's degree in digital project management at ECV Bordeaux. She works with the project managers on their various communication challenges, and contributes to the creation of the website.

With a Master's degree in International Project Management, Lou Masson joined LABA as part of a civic service program. She assists the project leaders in managing and monitoring the various initiatives they lead.
