Pierre BRINI, associate professor at Lyon 2 since 2023, is an expert in European programs (LEADER, ERASMUS+, Creative Europe) and network dynamics (ESS, tiers lieux). With 15 years' experience, he has supported over 200 structures and runs the ALBA and LABA offices in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.

Constance Michaud-Nancy has been Project Manager at LABA since July 2024. She holds a Master's degree in Cultural Project Management and Territorial Development from Sciences Po Bordeaux, and completed a three-year apprenticeship in the cultural sector, developing a particular affinity with the cultural industries, especially cinema.

Zoé joined LABA as part of her final year of her bachelor's degree in digital project management at ECV Bordeaux. She works with the project managers on their various communication challenges, and contributes to the creation of the website.

With a Master's degree in International Project Management, Lou Masson joined LABA as part of a civic service program. She assists the project leaders in managing and monitoring the various initiatives they lead.

Since 2017, Margaux has been managing European projects (INTERREG, ERASMUS+, Creative Europe) and supporting cultural organizations at ALBA Internationale. With a degree in cultural project engineering, she has also worked on cross-border strategies in the Basque Country.

Eric, LABA's administrative and financial manager since 2017, has solid experience in project management. Specializing in ESF, ERDF, and LEADER funding, he has helped more than 30 organizations obtain funds for investment, entrepreneurship, and inclusion.

Sophie Guénebaut, an expert in social innovation and European funding, has 30 years of experience in the cultural industries. President of ALBA International and former director of LABA (2013-2024), she has secured more than 100 grants. A lecturer at Bordeaux Montaigne and Sciences Po, she holds degrees in HR, public law, and an MBA from HEC Paris.
