Sophie Guénebaut, founder of LABA in 2013, heads ALBA International, with 20 years of experience in the cultural and creative industries. Expertise in social innovation, European funding, and teaching at the University of Bordeaux Montaigne. Graduate in human resources, public law, and MBA from HEC Paris.

Eric, administrative and financial manager of LABA since 2017, has solid experience in project management. Specializing in FSE, FEDER and LEADER financing, he has supported more than 30 structures in obtaining funds for investment, entrepreneurship and inclusion.

Maud Gari, general secretary of LABA, coordinates international projects. Specializing in gender, entrepreneurship and cultural decarbonization, she has previous experience in the music industry and the general delegation of FELIN. Since 2018, she has focused on intercultural cooperation, overseeing Creative Europe projects in 30 countries.

Since 2017, Margaux has managed European cooperation projects at LABA. A graduate in Cultural and Intercultural Project Engineering, she has supervised more than 30 projects in various artistic fields and worked with around fifty partners in the European Union.

Since 2016, Pierre has overseen training and support at LABA. A specialist in European programs, the cultural sector and entrepreneurship, he has supported more than 150 structures in 10 years. Former director of Mezzanine Spectacles and co-director of the Banlieues d'Europe network, he is also an associate lecturer at the Grenoble Institute of Political Studies. Based in Lyon, he runs the LABA branch in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

Judyth Babin, founder of Manag'Art and Grain(s) de Riz, combines her experience as a DJ and public accountant to support jazz artists. Since 2017, she has managed international tours and directed the Jazz Festival in Caudéran and today participates in innovative European projects. She is also a member of the board of directors of Action Jazz, promoting jazz in New Aquitaine.

Zhiru has been an apprentice at LABA since April 2023, working on the SEWEM project. A Professional Master's student in Cultural and Intercultural Project Engineering at Bordeaux Montaigne University, she has three years of experience in the cultural and creative industries in China, with a focus on the coordination of cultural projects and the management of social networks.
