The Digital Transition Support and Advisory Program aims to assist cultural organizations in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in analyzing, structuring, and evolving their digital practices. Funded by AFDAS, it is designed for organizations in the performing arts and contemporary music sectors facing transformations that affect their support functions: communication, project management, audience relations, fundraising, internal organization, and evaluation.
Led by ALBA International, in partnership with several expert organizations including Le LABA and L’Office, the program offers progressive, collective, and individualized support. It enables each participating organization to conduct a strategic assessment of its digital practices, identify its priority needs, and develop a realistic roadmap tailored to its resources, organizational structure, and artistic objectives.
The program is organized into several phases: scoping and launch, in-depth assessment, group workshops, individual support, implementation, followed by monitoring and evaluation. Assessments conducted with organizations such as the Ballet Malandain, La Félin, La Sirène, and the Rocher de Palmer—with the support of consultant Iyad Kallas—have made it possible to examine tools, workflows, data, communication practices, and internal collaboration methods.
Beyond the adoption of digital tools, the ACTD aims for a sustainable transformation of professional practices by promoting the development of teams’ skills, the sharing of experiences, and the implementation of solutions tailored to the on-the-ground realities of cultural organizations.
