NA Créatives is an innovative programme run by LABA, in collaboration with MEWEM France and SINGA Bordeaux, designed to encourage women in the cultural and creative sector in Nouvelle-Aquitaine to launch their artistic or entrepreneurial projects. Aware of the untapped potential and specific challenges faced by women with this profile, we have developed a comprehensive approach, based on individual and group meetings and mentoring, which places particular emphasis on removing obstacles to business creation by focusing on the challenges of the three health issues:
- Mental health: helping women to manage stress, develop self-confidence, maintain a work/life balance and overcome unconscious biases in order to make informed decisions.
- Physical health: the importance of taking care of their bodies and well-being, by providing them with a space for discussion and the promotion of good practices.
- Social health: creation of a support and solidarity network between women, to combat isolation and encourage mutual support.
