The project led by Mains d’Œuvres in Seine-Saint-Denis offers dedicated support to young artists under 26 residing in the department who have completed their studies without employment or an internship. Supported by the European Social Fund, this program, named "Chantiers de Création," aims to provide personalized support to emerging young creators without restrictions on artistic domain or level. It provides them with Mains d’Œuvres' workspaces and the expertise of its artistic and technical team. Young creators, whether or not they have a defined artistic project, can participate in free and diverse workshops to assist them in their orientation and personal development. The "Chantiers de Création" include reflection circles and creation committees designed to coordinate efforts towards professionalization. These privileged moments encourage exchange and sharing among young creators, residents, trainers, social partners, and the audience of Mains d’Œuvres.
